Online Registration Instructions

HOW TO REGISTER SECURELY ONLINE

If at any time you have difficulty registering with out program, please email Julia Claytor (jclaytor@oceantumblers.com) or call our Chesapeake Office (757) 547-0169 during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm).

  1. Log in or create a new account
    1. New student (i.e., never enrolled in our classes): You need to create a new account click here (in box) and print the instructions for online registration. Please choose new student on the home page and follow the online instructions.  They will take you through creating an account and registering each of your children.
    1. Currently enrolled student:  If you are currently enrolled and have an account with Ocean Tumblers you must register to set up your password. The account is set in the mothers’ name unless you made other arrangements with Ocean Tumblers.  Please keep your account set in the name it is in to avoid duplicate accounts.  Go in and set up your account with your password.  Once you have set up your password you then go back in as a currently registered person and you can add classes or checkout and pay your tuition.
    1. Returning student:  You need to verify your account with us and create a login and password to use our online registration system.  Click “Continue” under New Online Customer, and fill out the form.  Your account login and password will then be created.
  1. After you have created or logged into your account you can proceed to the Online Schedules from the drop down list. 
  1. Click on the class you want to register for, and on the class description page. Click register.  You can then proceed to the checkout.  If you have difficulty viewing the classes, please call our office at 757-547-0169.

 

Ocean Tumblers Online Account Registration Information for New Customers  

Thank you for your interest in our programs.   We hope the following information is helpful in navigating our new online registration process.   If you have difficulty, please call our Chesapeake office (757) 547.0169 or email Julia Claytor at jclaytor@oceantumblers.com. 

  1. Go to www.oceantumblers.com
  2. You will see Online Registration at the top of the page.   Select the desired location (Chesapeake or Lynnhaven) and left click one time.  This will take you to the sign in page.   Since this is the first time you are using online registration simply left click on the continue button at the bottom of the page.
  3. You are now at the “My Account Information” page.   The first item is a drop down menu asking you to verify the location.  Double check that you are linked to your desired site (Chesapeake or Lynnhaven).  This will affect the schedule that appears later on in this process.    Our student information system tracks our students by the mother’s name so it is important to enter that information here.   If this causes you a problem, special arrangements can be made through the gym office.  Please make sure you enter information into all the boxes marked “required”.  You will click continue when all of the information is entered.  The system will not allow you to continue until this is done.
  4. On the next page you will see the account information page.   Your name and mailing address should be in the left hand corner.  Please click on the add student button.   This opens a new window asking for your child’s last name, first name, date of birth, and gender.   Please make sure you use the slash marks when you enter the date of birth and enter two numbers for the month and date.  For example, if your child’s birthday is January 3, 2001 you will enter 01/03/2001.   Once the information is entered click the submit button.  You may need to scroll down using the slider bar on the right hand side of this window to see the submit button.  
  5. Your next step is to select a class.  To do this, click on the add class button.  This will show you the schedule of available classes at your desired location.   Class times in red indicate that the class is full at this time.  Class times in black have openings.   Move your cursor over the desired time and left click one time.  This will show you specific information on the class including; the instructor’s name, the class time, the age range of the students in the class, and the cost of the class.  Please disregard the dates on the left as our programs run year round.
  6. When you identify a class, please click on the word register located next to the cost of the class.   This will take you back to the account information page.  Scroll down to Pending Registrations.   You should see the class you selected from the previous screen.  If this is all you need to do you can click the check out button.
  7. The check out button will take you to the waiver of liability page.   For insurance purposes, all students must have a signed waiver on file.   Once you have read the liability waiver, click I agree to continue with your checkout.
  8. At the next screen you will be asked if you would like to register for automatic credit card billing.  At this time we are only able to offer this service by credit card.   If you would like to do this click the Yes, please button.   If not, click not at this time and you will be taken to the final registration page.   You will see that the tuition is automatically adjusted depending on the time of month you register and you will also see your discount for paying online.   Simply enter your credit card information and click finish.   **If you change your mind after you select automatic billing and you do not want your credit card charged you must contact the gym office to have your credit card information removed from the automatic billing information.  You can not make this change online at this time.
  9. Click finish and your registration is complete.   Please make sure to stop by our front office when you come into the gym.   We look forward to meeting you and want to make sure you receive your welcome packet to the gym.   In it you will find more in depth information about our program and the variety of opportunities available here for your child.
